Michael Hill’s primary areas of practice are bankruptcy, collections, litigation, and real property law. Mr. Hill’s practice focuses on representing creditors and debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. He also represents financial institutions, mortgage servicers, and individuals with various real estate title litigation matters, including mortgage priority disputes, adverse possession claims, boundary disputes, and easement issues. In addition, Mr. Hill represents small businesses owners involved in a variety of business-related litigation matters.
