Think Like a Lawyer

In his article, "The Warm Glow", Gary Kinder explores whether or not lawyers should really write like lawyers.

Kinder explains the "glow" lawyers feel while throwing around legal jargon isn't necessarily beneficial to anyone. He states, "Writing like a lawyer IS the problem."

He goes on to explain that thinking like a lawyer, logically and compassionately, is a step in a better direction.
